Returns / Refunds
As each piece of art we produce is completely custom we are unable to accept returns after the product has been delivered. If you are able to cancel the order before production has started then we will be able
to issue a full refund. Generally production starts within about 2 business days from placement of order. There may be some cases where production starts later than this, however, this is on a case by case basis.
If you do wish to cancel within this time period, then please
contact us and a full refund will be issued immediately to the credit card you used to make the initial purchase.
Defective / Damaged Pieces
If the product received is defective or damaged we will of course arrange for a new piece to be sent out. Please send us full details of the issues along with photographic evidence. We will then arrange for a replacement
piece to be sent out to you.
