Shipping / Returns Policy
Welcome to our online gallery. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Made-to-Order Artwork
Every piece of artwork is thoughtfully made to order, tailored to your selected size and finish. Each one is individually prepared, mounted, and quality-checked. Because of this bespoke process, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once your order is in production.
2. Returns & Damage Policy
As each piece is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your artwork arrives with damage from transit, we’ll work with you to make it right.
If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged:
- Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.
- Take photographs of the outer packaging before opening.
- Then photograph any damage to the artwork itself.
- Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with these images and a brief description.
Once we receive your documentation, we’ll assess the situation and either issue a replacement or offer an alternative resolution. In some instances, we may arrange for the item to be returned to us or held for inspection by the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping & Lead Times
Our standard lead time is approximately 10 business days from the time of order. Many pieces ship sooner, depending on scheduling and availability.
Most shipments are handled via UPS. For oversized items that exceed standard parcel limits, we use UPS or FedEx Freight. These deliveries typically require someone to be present to receive the shipment.
All artworks are fully insured during transit. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier service issues, weather, or customs clearance.
4. Color Accuracy & Materials
We strive to present accurate visual representations of each piece on our website. However, due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our process, slight variations in color, tone, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
5. Ownership & Copyright
When you purchase a piece, you’re acquiring the physical artwork — not the rights to reproduce or distribute the image. All images remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, scanned, or reused without written permission.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal details are used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We never share your information with third parties.
Payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway, and we do not store your credit card details at any time.
